Mini burger sliders
Mini sliders with big flavor! No grill required.
Ingredients:
· 9 slider buns (I used Hawaiian rolls)
· 4 cheese slices (Pepper jack, Swiss, American, etc.)
· butter lettuce
· tomatoes
· onion
· pickles
Patties
· 1 lb of ground beef
· 1/2 tsp. of salt
· 1 tsp of garlic powder
· 1 tsp of black pepper
· 1 Tbsp. of Worchestershire sauce
Thousand Island Sauce
· 1/4 cup mayo
· 2 Tbsp. of ketchup
· 3 Tbsp. of pickle relish
· 1 Tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. To a medium size bowl, combine all the ingredient together from ‘Patties’.
3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Add meat mixture on top and press down into an even single layer reaching all sides of the pan. The meat will be thin and as it cooks it will shrink down. Add to oven and bake for 20 minutes.
4. As the meat is cooking, make the sauce. Combine all the ingredients from ‘Thousand Island Sauce’ into a small bowl.
5. Time to assemble! Take one-half of the buns. Layer the lettuce, sheet-pan patty, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Before putting on the other half of the buns, put a small dollop of the sauce on each bun. Put the second half of the buns on top. Cut into individual portions.
6. Enjoy and devour!
